Laufus, Grenivik, and More CrossFit

Woke up today and enjoyed the hot pot once again. We then drove to an historical site named Laufus, and ancient manor farm and a church built in 1865. Early Icelandic builders used sod for siding and insulation which is genius! The church was a church, small and neatly put together. later, we drove further down to a fishing village named Grenivik where we saw a great view of the North Atlantic. Some of the locals were using snowmobiles to climb the nearby peaks and ski down. I was envious to say the least. We ended our day at the gym and the photos are foggy because my hands were shaky after a tough workout. Tomorrow we leave our fjord cabin and head back to the big city. It went by too fast and we will both miss the hot pot! Hopefully tonight we will get to see the northern lights. It was a clear and sunny day today, which increases our chances.
