Snorralaug Hot Spring

Today, Gabbie and I picked up our rental car (Rav 4) and drive to the same hot spring saga writer Snorri Sturluson dipped his toes in over 900 years ago. The drive was spectacular and the roads, although hard to pronounce, were fair. On our way back we stopped in a small town named Borgarnes where I picked up a hand knit Icelandic sweater. We also stopped at the Settlement Center where we viewed dioramas of the great saga of Egill Skallagrimsson.
